How you communicate impacts how audiences receive what you say. Our Improv for Leaders program explores how to show leadership in the way you communicate. Leaders speak a certain way! It doesn't have to be the same, but it does have to be intentional. In this program, we use improv to conduct a personal brand (or reputation) audit - and - to practice communicating as leaders and raise awareness around how we're perceived. ​

Improv requires us to be present, to listen and to co-create. By applying this approach in the workplace, we deliver tangible results in how teams work and communicate with each other. No performance required!
