BRAiN HEALTH
We are proud to be partnered with the BC Brain Wellness Program to offer an improv program focused on health, wellness, and joy -- and it's virtual!
Our instructors lead participants through improvisation exercises to foster the skills of presence, listening, spontaneity, teamwork and co-creation.
Our intention is that this program will help participants cope with the anxiety and fear of living with comprised brain health by practicing being in the moment & releasing expectations.
